Kids Can Join In A Kindermusik Class
A free Kindermusik class will be held from 10 to 10:30am at the Barnes & Noble Bookstore, 6825 Camino Arroyo. Each child must be accompanied by an adult.
Kindermusik is a music development program for newborns to 7-year-olds. The classes use musical instruments, CDs, movements and props to teach young children motor skills, self-esteem, creativity and vocal development. During the classes, parents and their children sing, act out movements and play basic musical instruments.

Career Day At Gavilan
Students, job-hunters, and anyone who would like to learn more about opportunities in the job market are invited to “Career Day” on Wednesday from 10am to 1pm in the student center at Gavilan College, 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd. Exhibitors representing health care, law enforcement, public service, retail, the military and more will be on hand to discuss job and career opportunities.
Attendees seeking employment should bring current resumes to hand out, as some employers are now hiring. Door prize drawings for gift certificates and other items. Event is free and open to the public.
