Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Leslie worked at Intero Real Estate Services for the past six years as a residential Realtor.

Anytime Fitness opens in Morgan Hill
Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. Development announced that they have leased 3,940 square feet of retail space to Anytime Fitness, located at the Madrone Village Shopping Center in Morgan Hill. The new space is a locally owned and operated franchise, and serves as the first regional presence for the fitness facility. They currently have 1,200 locations nationwide.
“One of our top goals when it comes to securing new tenants for our retail center locations is to bring in businesses that provide complimentary products and/or services and will attract new customers for the center as a whole,” said Brad Krouskup, president and CEO of Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. Development. “This really could not be a better fit, due to the increase in both day and nighttime traffic that Anytime Fitness will bring in.”
Anytime Fitness is open 24/7, and provides all members with key card access so that they can work out anytime day or night. The club features top-of-the-line amenities including, a stand alone free weights area, flat screen TV system, tanning bed and private showers and restroom facilities. Toeniskoetter Construction completed all aspects of the fast- track project, including bringing in the main electrical and HVAC to the shop space in just over a month and a half.
“The level of personal attention, expertise and responsiveness that we received from both the construction and development teams far surpassed our initial expectations,” said franchise owner Garrison Ramoso. “We just sort of expected to experience delays and setbacks, but with Brad’s ability to make in-roads with the City of Morgan Hill and Gary’s ability to find innovative solutions to any construction challenges that we faced, we were able to meet our initial move-in goals.”
