History: I have been making a garlicky salad dressing and dip for my garlic loving family and friends for more than eight years. About two, years ago my friends told me to start selling this dressing. This summer I added blue cheese.

Last year we started a cannery where I can make my unique Red Bell Pepper Jam.

Philosophy: My experience with garlic products is that there is not enough with garlic. My 16 oz. jar has 15 cloves of garlic.

You will get a kick out of it. I have added a very good blue cheese from Denmark for blue cheese/garlic lovers. The dressing is made every week with no preservatives. My Sweet Red Bell Pepper Jam is a terrific appetizer served on top of a cracker with cream cheese.
