Hours: 7 days a week from 11 a.m. until your done. Most days customers are done around 10 to 11 p.m. We open around 4 p.m. on some holidays. We are closed on Thanksgiving.

History: Dutchman’s was originally called Pizzacove and opened in March of 1980. A few years after in business the name was changed to Dutchman’s Pizza and the name has always been the same. There have been many owners over the years but we’ve always been a family owned restaurant for local families. Celebrating our 30th year in business this year we expanded to Morgan Hill at 16375 Monterey Street.
Philosophy: As an anchor business in Gilroy we are always taking care of the people of Gilroy. Donations to local schools, children centers, causes, churches, fundraisers and many other needy causes. Our motto is ‘Where Family’s Grow Up & Friends Meet Again’.
