A funeral service will be held on Thursday for Carla J. Piedmont, wife of the late Ed “Dutch” Piedmont. She was born in Italy and resided in Gilroy for 50 years. She passed away Sunday at the age of 89.
She is survived by her daughter Sandra Stevenson of San Bruno and her stepdaughter Beverly Kludt of Gilroy. She was the grandmother of Jeffrey, Michael and Stacey Stevenson of San Bruno and Don Kludt and Patricia Bentson of Gilroy and Dan Kludt of Hawaii. She was also the great-grandmother of Connor Santos-Stevenson of San Bruno and Benjamin and Caitlin Kludt and Robert and Leslie Bentson of Gilroy.
The funeral services will be held at Duggan’s Serra Mortuary in Daly City on Thursday at 11 a.m.
