Carole Mensing passed away in San Jose on June 18, 2003. She was 59 years old.
Carole is survived by her husband Joseph Mensing of Morgan Hill; her daughters Paula Mensing, Constance Krischan and Jennelle Mensing; grandchildren, Melissa (Mark) Cardenes, Matthew Curtis, Joseph Lemos, Cassandra Krischan and Karina Rutherford; and a great-grandson, Mark Cardenes Jr.
Carole worked 16 years designing creeks for Santa Clara Valley Water District and eight years working on the San Luis Water Project for the Federal Government.
She loved horseback riding and was a proud member of the Santa Clara County Horsemen’s Association. Besides her job and horses, she enjoyed reading and was an avid gardener.
Visitation will be held today from 6 to 8 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home, 17720 Monterey Road, Morgan Hill. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, at 2 p.m. at the chapel.
Interment at Oakwood Memorial Park, Santa Cruz.
