Currently, the Gilroy Chamber of Commerce is awarding $7,500 in
scholarships to deserving students graduating in June 2006.
Gilroy – Currently, the Gilroy Chamber of Commerce is awarding $7,500 in scholarships to deserving students graduating in June 2006.
In addition, the Gilroy Rotary Club and many other local groups have held fundraisers to underwrite the scholarships they will be awarding this year. The Gilroy Chamber of Commerce Business and Education Scholarship deadline is Friday, April 14. A copy of the scholarship will be e-mailed upon request by writing ch*****@****oy.org or calling 842-6437. Copies of the applications are also available in our lobby located at 7471 Monterey St., and all senior counselors at local schools received a copy of the applications.
One – $2,500 (Bill Lindsteadt Memorial Scholarship)
One – $2,000 (Business and Education Scholarship)
One – $1,000 (Business and Education Scholarship)
Two – $500 (Business and Education Scholarship)
Two – $500 (Vocational Education Scholarships)
