The City of Gilroy is encouraging residents to participate in a community survey as part of its Blue Skies Initiative, a long-term planning effort aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions and vehicle miles traveled throughout the city.

The resulting survey does not work, by the way. I tried two browsers, both with blockers disabled.
But I’m more concerned that either the Dispatch or the city is using a highly insecure and non-private AI channel for some undisclosed tracking purpose here, and obscuring it via an obfuscated URL.
