â– Not at all. It appears H1N1 is minimally infectious, and proper hygiene during any flu season will mitigate its spread.
â– Not at all. Some researchers say it might be better to get this strain now for fear that it will come back with a vengeance in the fall. You’ll have immunity. But I’m not out looking for it!
â– No. It is just the flu! Unless the virus is mutated and is worse we will be OK.
