Construction Truck Diesel Spill Stops Traffic
Gilroy - A diesel spill near the Sixth Street overpass stalled traffic for an hour and a half Tuesday. As a construction truck pulled out of a job site, its fuel tank was punctured, spilling 15 gallons of diesel onto Gilman Road. Firefighters received the call about 9am, and dispatched a fire truck to the scene. Gilroy police helped redirect traffic.
