Donating to the needy

The Shrine Nomad caravan passed through Gilroy en route to the Shriner Children's Hospital in Sacramento on Oct. 30. They collected six barrels of toys from Gilroy, Morgan Hill and Hollister, mainly from popular restaurants such as Sandy's in Gilroy, Betsy's in Morgan Hill and Jerry's in Hollister. The toys will be given to the children at the hospital on Christmas day.
