Krystal Elizabeth Cervantes, 21, of the 8800 block of Morey Street, 3:25 p.m. Wednesday, at her residence.

Leaving an accident scene

Maria Nansi Oviedo, 19, of the 800 block of Cumberland Drive, 4:27 p.m. Wednesday, near the intersection of Sixth and Eigleberry streets for leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a license.

Driving without a license

Jose Luis Aguilar, 23, of the 7600 block of Santa Paula Drive, 5:23 p.m. Wednesday, near the intersection of Wren Avenue and First Street on outstanding warrants for driving without a license, failure to appear in court and driving an unregistered vehicle, and on an outstanding warrant for driving without a license.

Providing false information

Victorino Gomez, 29, of the 500 block of Stoney Court, 2:08 p.m. Wednesday, near the intersection of 10th and Alexander streets for driving an unregistered vehicle, providing false information to a police officer and failure to appear in court, and on outstanding warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Public intoxication

Michael Owen Bartee, 59, transient, 3:43 p.m. Wednesday, near the intersection of First Street and Wren Avenue.

Linda Vinell Sweatman, 47, of the 7300 block of Chestnut Street, 8:13 p.m. Wednesday, near the intersection of Church Street and Gurries Drive.

Assault with a deadly weapon

Maria Elizabeth Hernandez, 41, of the 7300 block of Forest Street, 1:44 a.m. Thursday, near the intersection of Forest and Sixth streets.

Parole hold

Beverly Lyn Patterson, 51, of the 5500 block of Monterey Road, 1:12 p.m. Thursday, at her residence on a warrant.

Grand theft

Diana Raquel Garcia, 18, of Hollister, 9:15 p.m. Wednesday, at Kohl’s, 6765 Camino Arroyo.

Domestic battery

Jesus Arvizu Olvera, 24, of the 400 block of Lincoln Court, 3:31 p.m. Thursday, at the GPD, 7301 Hanna St.

Vandalism

Joshua Jesse Perez, 20, of the 7400 block of Alexander Street, 9:01 p.m. Thursday, near the intersection of Forest and Alexander streets on an outstanding warrant.

OTHER GPD INCIDENTS

Vehicle burglary

A wallet was stolen from a white truck outside 7397 Monterey St., 1:55 p.m. Wednesday. A witness saw a black male adult, who had been riding a bike, smash the passenger window and reach inside the car.

A wallet was stolen from a 2004 GMC pickup parked outside 127 W. Ninth St., between 7 p.m. Wednesday and 5:15 a.m. Thursday. The thief broke the front passenger window to gain entry.

Hand tools worth $80 and a vehicle registration were stolen from a 1995 Geo Prism parked outside 7151 Church St., between 10 p.m. Wednesday and 7:55 a.m. Thursday. n A purse containing a social security card and credit cards was stolen from an unlocked 2001 Toyota Corolla parked outside 207 W. Ninth St., between 8 p.m. Tuesday and 6:45 a.m. Wednesday.

A Kenneth Cole wallet containing a driver’s license and credit card was stolen from a 1999 Saturn SL parked outside 6755 Filbro Drive, between 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and 12 p.m. Wednesday. The thief broke the passenger window to gain entry.

Stolen vehicle

A 1998 Ford Mustang convertible left running while the owner was inside a residence at 8190 Wren Ave., was stolen, 7:52 p.m. Thursday.

SHERIFF INCIDENTS

Identity theft

A man found he was the victim of identity theft when was notified by two different collection agencies that he owed money for bounced checks. The checks were from a bank account in his name that he never opened.

Burglary

A jar containing $250 in bills in coins and a $100 bill on a kitchen counter were stolen from a residential trailer in a construction yard on Monterey Highway near Coyote Road, between 6:45 a.m. and 2:20 p.m. Nov. 7. The thief climbed over a fence and pried open the trailer’s front door.

Cabinets and drawers of a residence near the intersection of New Avenue and Roop Road were ransacked, between 10:30 a.m. Nov. 5 and 2:55 p.m. Nov. 6. The thief pried open the front door and searched the house.

Grand theft

A water pump valued at $1,000 was stolen from a construction site on Highway 152 near its intersection with San Felipe Road, between 5 p.m. Nov. 3 and 7 a.m. Nov. 5.

Vandalism

The front window of Camping World, 13575 Sycamore Avenue, was shattered, between 6:30 p.m. Nov. 5 and 5:45 a.m. Nov. 6.
