Gilroy – Danger II rallied past Bike Center 17-16 Tuesday at Christmas Hill Park to capture the Men’s Winter C League post-season title.

Danger won twice during Playoff Night to complete a 10-0 season in the Gilroy Community Services Department program.

Bike Center grabbed a 9-2 lead by the third inning, then trailed 16-11 after six. Bike Center pushed across five runs in the top of the seventh, sparked by doubles from Richie Rodriquez and Anthony Bautista. Danger II claimed the title when Ruben Ramirez doubled and scored on a Joel Gaeta hit in the bottom of the seventh.

Cameron Bautista and Gabe Duenas each netted three hits for the champions. Leroy Dozal homered and Mark Terrill provided a single, double and triple for the Bikers.

Danger II opened Playoff Night with a 16-3 decision over Czar Construction.

Gaeta homered and Raul Gracia went 3-for-3 for the winners. Robert Silvia singled and tripled for Czar Construction.

Bike Center upset Jus 2 Party 12-11 to earn a spot in the finals. Marshall Silva went 4-for-4 and Lonnie Terrill and Bautista each went 3-for-3 for Bike Center.

Gil Barry homered in a nine-run fourth for the Party.

Men’s CC

Murderer’s Row-Manalow’s Glove Repair defeated Las Animas Sweepers 18-10 Tuesday at Las Animas Park to claim the Men’s Winter CC League’s post-season crown.

Murderer’s Row will play regular-season champion Rosso’s Rebels at 7:40pm on Monday Oct. 30 at Las Animas for the souvenir t-shirts.

Murderer’s Row opened Playoff Night action with a 14-5 nod over Rosso’s Rebels.

Sam Juarez, Tommy Chavez and Alex Soto each stroked two hits as the Row struck for 11 runs in the top of the first inning. Adrien Moreno went 3-for-3 for 8-1 Rosso’s Rebels.

Las Animas Sweepers stopped Feather Haven Mill 21-9 as Donnie Gooding collected four hits and Kevin Orosco drove in five runs.

Mike Sullivan homered and Brett Scott and Eric Keen each lined four hits for the Millmen.

Murderer’s Row erased a 7-4 deficit in the third inning with four runs, ignited by four consecutive singles. Porfirio Rodriguez hit a two-run triple in a five-run outburst in the Row sixth inning.

Daniel Hinojosa went 4-for-4 for the winners, Joe Lovecchio and Orosco each 3-for-4 for the Sweepers.
