Donald “Michael” Sproat, born February 6, 1944, died July 5, 2004.

It is with deepest sorrow to announce the sudden illness and death of my best friend and lover of 33 years. He is survived by his wife Cheryl and his beloved children, Julie Ann, Tara Dea, Jason Michael and foster son Robert Pearce; son-in-laws, Kirk Perry and Dennis Allgood; and his beloved grandchildren, Megan LaBonte and Justin Allgood.

Michael loved spending time with his family and riding his new Harley Davidson Motorcycle, boating, football and drag racing events. He loved his four puppies.

He was dedicated to his family, his work and friends. He was a truck manager for Marx Chevrolet, Anderson Chevrolet and Peninsula Ford.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Friends are invited to a memorial service at 4 p.m., Sunday, July 11, 2004 at Morgan Hill Bible Church, 15055 Monterey Rd., Morgan Hill.

Arrangements handled by Johnson Funeral Home, Morgan Hill.
