either as an encampment or dumping ground. It’s littered with an
old couch, mattress, tire, shopping cart and garbage.

WHERE: In an empty lot near the intersection of Alexander and Ninth streets, adjacent to the large warehouse that sits on Alexander Street in between Eighth and Ninth streets

PROBLEM: The area appears to be an encampment or dumping spot. It’s littered with a couch, mattress, shopping cart, tire and small mounds of garbage

RESPONSIBILITY: According to the Santa Clara County Assessor’s Office, the record of ownership lists SOCS, LLC. The Dispatch was unable to make contact with the owners of this company
