According to the city’s code enforcement officer Scott Barron, when the city receives complaints regarding overgrown or poorly maintained lawns, “we strive to investigate first to determine if a violation exists and follow up on the abatement process like any other violation of municipal code that is brought to our attention,” Barron said.
“Obviously life safety issues would take precedence.”
