Dear Editor:
On behalf of the Gilroy FFA Boosters we would like to thank everyone who came out on Saturday, despite the weather, to support our annual Flower Sale.
We have said this before, but this was really the best year we have ever had. We want to especially thank Rogers Seed for their very generous donation of the flowers year after year. Also, a big thank you to Straw Hat Pizza and Kragen Auto Supply for allowing us to use their parking lot to hold the sale.
In addition, we want to thank The Dispatch for posting the notice of the Flower Sale in the paper and for the recent article on the FFA program at Gilroy High School.
It was a wonderful article and highlighted a successful program at the high school, something we need to see more often.
Thank you to everyone in the community who helped make this year’s flower sale a huge success.
