FIELD HOCKEY: Christopher draws with North Salinas

Christopher High held onto sole possession of first place in the Mission Trail Athletic League with a 1-1 tie with defending champion North Salinas on Monday.
The Cougars (9-0-1, league) got a goal from team captain Maddie Peterson in a contest that head coach Lia Peterson the called “best game yet” by the Cougars. CHS went 1-0-1 against the Vikings this season.
