To celebrate National Garlic Day, the Gilroy Downtown Business Association hosted “Garlic ‘A Palooza” in Gourmet Alley between Fourth and Sixth streets on April 16. The event featured garlic-inspired food, ax throwing, beer, wine, vendors and more, including a visit from Wildlife Education and Rehabilitation Center and the various birds they have taken under their care (pictured). Cake By The Ocean, DJ MTZ and Math Class performed live throughout the day.
