The personnel at the Gilroy Police Department treated me like I was the criminal. I really felt guilty having to waste the time of the officer who had to “guard” my viewing of the list.
After all, when my purse was stolen from my office and I could provide verification of who stole the purse, I was told they were busy and would get to it soon. Two years later I’m still waiting to hear from them.
Those 15 minutes spent watching me might better have been utilized fighting real crime.
