Rams off to 2-0
The Gavilan Men’s soccer team has started its season with a 2-0 record.Â
The Rams opened with a 2-0 win over Yuba College Friday at home. They recorded another W, a 3-2 final, against San Joaquin Delta College Tuesday.
Gavilan will be back in action at 4 p.m. on Sept. 10 against Modesto Junior at home.Â
Volleyball goes 2-1 in L.A. tourney
The Rams volleyball team went 2-1 at the L.A. Pierce College Classic Aug. 30 in Los Angeles.Â
The team defeated Chaffey College 3-1 and L.A. Pierce 3-0, but fell to Arizona team Yavapai College 3-1.Â
The team plays Friday at the Santa Rosa Tournament in Santa Rose.Â
