Gavilan softball has hit a rough patch, while the Rams’ baseball
team has been unable to take the field recently due to poor weather
conditions.
The Gavilan College softball team went 0-3 last week, although three additional games from the COS Tourney in Merced and Fresno were not available as of press time Mnday night. The Rams lost 6-0 and 6-3 in a doubleheader last Tuesday at West Hills College in Coalinga, and also suffered a 6-2 defeat to Fresno City College in Fresno. Gavilan is now 6-6 overall.

Gavilan’s baseball team (3-4) has played only one game in the last two weeks due to rain outs. The Rams defeated West Hills College 2-0 on Tuesday, Feb. 10, but were unable to take the field this past weekend in a three-game series against College of the Redwoods due to weather conditions.
