Nino died at his home in Turlock, CA after battling prostate cancer for the past 14 months. Nino was a native of Detroit, Michigan. He came to California in 1971 and opened Hollister's first Pizzeria in 1973. As a member of the Hollister Elks Lodge he made the World's largest pizza also in 1973. Nino was a veteran of the Korean War and a member of the American Legion. Nino took up woodworking as a hobby after moving to Turlock in eight years ago, and also worked part time at the Turlock Raleys store until last September He is survived by his spouse Kathleen Burke Imbronone whom he married on January 25, 1958; his children Nino Imbronone Jr., Melissa Bekker, Andrea Rovella, Kathleen Imbronone, Jennifer Imperatrice, Christine Rhodes, and Matthew Imbronone; his sons-in-law and daughter-in-law Mike Rovella, Pat Imperatrice, Collin Rhodes and Shannon Imbronone; his grandchildren, Nino Imbronone III, William and Kathleen Bekker; Paul, Michelle and Anthony Rovella, Donna McGrew; Marissa, Elizabeth and A.J. Garza; Briana Madrid; Melissa, Michaela, and Gianna Imperatrice; Chelsea, Sydney and Peyton Rhodes, Dillon and Wesley Sondgroth, Nashelle and Lexanne Imbronone; 5 great-grandchildren; his sisters Catherine Hixenbaugh and Deborah Smith; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Mary and Milt Fredlung, Andrea and John Hayes, Brigid and John Sherwood, Tim & Linda Burke, Brian Burke and Kitty Burke; numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Mary and Philip Imbronone, mother-in-law and father-in-law Andrea and Myles Burke Jr., brothers-in-law Myles Burke III, Kevin Burke and James Behen.

Survived by his Mother Josephine Rubio, his three sisters and one brother. Preceded in death by his father Humberto Rubio. Also survived by Angela Rubio, Sandra Rubio, Olivia Rubio and Humberto Rubio Jr, nephew Ricky Vargas Jr, Michael J. Vargas, Matthew Rubio, Jacob C. Snyder, and his brother in law John A. Snyder. His Uncles, Fred Rodriguez, Fidel Santiago Jr.,Tony Santiago, and his aunts, Elisa Rubio, Belen Perez, MaryLou Medrano, and girlfriend Christina Gonzalez, grandfather Fidel Santiago, and many cousins. Miguel attended Burnett Elementary school, Martin Murphy Middle school and Live Oak High School. Visitation will be on Sunday, November 7, 2010, from 1:00 - 8:00 P.M. at Johnson Funeral Home with a Vigil Service to commence at 6:00 P.M. Dave was loved by many, as he had a vast amount of people he took under his wings over the years.
