Lindsey Buessing provided her own birthday gift, smacking a grand slam in the top of the first inning.
Amber Herrera had a solo home run, and Madie Cox and Juliana Santiago had two hits each. Gilroy’s next game is Tuesday in San Jose against Spartan Little League.
