Dear Red Phone,
“I live in the apartment buildings between Fifth and Sixth streets. In the back of the apartments there’s Gourmet Alley and on the other side there’s an empty field that’s full of weeds. It’s been like that for three years, because I’ve lived in these apartments that long. Also, on top of that, there’s trash that’s continually flying out of the Dumpster there by the bakery and the field is covered with trash and weeds. Please get this cleaned up. Thank you.”
