Great job by Gilroy Community Service Officer Rachel Munoz who helped 10 neighborhoods receive grants from Community Foundation Silicon Valley.
Her going the extra mile to help each neighborhood write their proposals in the words needed to receive grants – and keeping on top of the deadline by calling and reminding us to get them in – sure paid off.
Gilroy received more than half the grants give out this year and we neighborhoods have Rachel Munoz to thank for that.-
So a big THANKS Rachel not only for the help with the grants but for her hard work in working with neighborhoods the rest of the year when it isn’t grant time.
