CALLER 1: I am an upset parent of a Gilroy High School junior varsity team member. Just to let you know, there are three teams at Gilroy High School, not just one team. All three of their scores should be in the paper, not just varsity because they are seniors.
GREEN PHONE: These are our favorite calls, those who don’t have the guts to leave a name and phone number. So, what sport are we talking about here? Is it football, where every JV score has been mentioned at the bottom of the story as well as in a separate story published in Friday’s sports section? Is it volleyball, where all the scores have been printed at the bottom of each story? Since we are not mind readers, if you are concerned about lack of coverage, why don’t you take the initiative of letting us know what sport we are not covering and call us with details.
