The executive director at Community Media Access Partnership has departed her role for a similar job in the Boston area.
A farewell letter has been posted on the CMAP website. In it, Executive Director Kathy Bisbee said she had accepted a similar role in the Boston area closer to family on the East Coast. Bisbee confirmed by email that she has moved to the East Coast and will start her new job Dec. 1.
Bisbee had been CMAP executive director since March 2008.
“I look forward to another filled with new opportunities and much happiness,” she wrote in the letter from late August. “I will be leaving CMAP this fall, and we are now recruiting for a new executive position.”
Bisbee is listed as CMAP executive director, while the organization is recruiting new board members.
