Jean Constance Yago died Jan. 4, 2004, in Roseville.

She was born April 24, 1927, in Kansas City, Mo.

She was the beloved wife of late Pablo Yadao Yago and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Jean was a longtime resident of Gilroy and is survived by her sister, Kathleen Clark of Bartlesville, Okla., and sons, Everisto “Ed” Yago of El Dorado Hills and Francisco “Frank” Yago and daughter-in-law, Melissa L. of Stockton. She is also survived by her grandchildren Melissa Brook Yago, Pablo Joshua Yago and Jacob Thomas Yago; nephew Michael Yago; and nieces, Margo O’Neill, Maureen Daniel, Narcy Dishon, Dorothy Beresford and Marina Holladay. She also leaves behind many great and great-great nephews and nieces: Tommy, Kami, Mary, Dorena, Debra, Katina, Michele, Brianna, Kyle, Andrew, Zachary, Jonathan, Shane, Bree, and Sarah Brynn. She will also be missed by lifelong friend Coring Duyao and family.

Jean will be missed by her family, friends and many relatives here, in the Philippines and Hawaii.

Friends and family are welcome to attend all services. Rosary will be held on Friday at 7 p.m. at Habing Family Funeral Home in Gilroy. Funeral Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home and then to St. Mary’s Church in Gilroy for a Mass at 11:30 a.m. Burial to follow mass at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Morgan Hill.
