Regional Medical Center, San Jose.
Joe S. Herrera, age 70, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2003 at Regional Medical Center, San Jose. He was a native of Grand Junction, Colo.
He was the father of Joe K. Herrera of Gilroy and the late Annette Pacheco and James D. Herrera; father-in-law of Rosie Herrera of Gilroy and Grace Herrera of Fresno; grandfather of Joe K. Herrera Jr. of San Jose, James D. Herrera Jr. of San Jose, Jessica K. Herrera of Lancaster and Anthony A. Herrera of Fresno; brother of Manuel Herrera, Minnie Gonzalez of Concord, and the late Betty Bravo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Vigil will be today at 7:30 p.m. at St. Mary’s Church in Gilroy in Our Lady’s Chapel under direction of Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy.
Burial will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Oak Hill Memorial Park, San Jose.
