“We hope the annual parade will reflect Gilroy’s strong community spirit,” said Dawn Guillen, Parade Committee Chair and Dilly Dalley Alley co-owner.

In addition, there will be free cotton candy at Happy Dog Pizza, free popcorn on the route, a bounce house at Lewis Street, free photos with Santa at the Camber of Commerce and the annual the tree lighting ceremony.

There will also be a barbecue cook-off at Fourth and Lewis streets.

This year’s parade theme is “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas.” It starts at Sixth Street, travels down Monterey Street and ends at Fourth Street. The parade committee is looking for floats, vintage cars, performers, and others. Check-in is 4pm, parade starts at 5pm.

Their is no entry fee.
