Legion seeks Teacher of Year nominations

American Legion Post #217 in Gilroy seeks nominations for its 2015 Educator of the Year Award.
The award will be presented, along with one for Veteran of the Year, at the post’s 94^th Anniversary Dinner on June 13 at the Veterans Memorial Building  in Gilroy.
Nominations for Teacher of the Year should be accompanied by a short bio of the nominee and a statement about why the person deserves the honor.
Mail nominations to: American Legion, 74 West 6^th St., #D, Gilroy CA 95020. Deadline for nominations is May 15, 2015.
