Dear Editor, I want to know who gave Ann Peden the authority to waive rules and laws of the World Health Organization and override rules and regulations from the Santa Clara County Planning Department, Fire Department and other county departments.
All residents of the county have to abide by the same rules but it appears that the Mosque Center can bend/change the rules illegally and get away with it.
I as a resident of San Martin would like an explanation as to how all these rules and regulations can be violated and get away with it.
