I want every one of your readers to know that Judge Steven Sanders who sentenced Dolores Garcia should be voted out of office. I am Richard Flores’ brother Darryl Munn.
This judge has no sense of decency, and neither does the probation department that actually recommended a lighter sentence. These so-called leaders are obviously in favor of the criminal and against the victim. I hope your readers take heed to this, it could be one of their family members next.
In Judge Sanders’ court the defendant will get off and the victims family will be left with one less family member. My family will continue to celebrate my brother’s life, and we will hold on to his memory. I forgive Ms Garcia and hope that she becomes an advocate in her community against drunk driving, she owes my family and my brother that much.
