earlier tonight.
A man riding a bicycle was hit by a vehicle in north Gilroy earlier tonight.
The man was riding on Kern Avenue north of First Street when he was struck. Police would give few details about the incident, but the man was alive. Police referred all other questions to spokesman Sgt. Jim Gillio, who could not immediately be reached for comment.
Police at the scene would not say what condition the man was in and would not expand upon the details of the accident.
More information regarding the incident will be posted Tuesday morning.
