Manuela Castillo, born June 1, 1928 in Brawley, California to Rosalio and Paula Perez. He peacefully passed away December 17 surrounded by her only surviving child Jenny De La Cueva and her family.
Grandmother of 12 and great grandmother of 15. Manuela worked as a food processor for Joseph Gubser Garlic for 35 years. Special thanks to Dr. George Green. Manuela was preceded in death by her husband Emilio Castillo of 43 years, children Sarah Tanaka, Julia Benitez, Sally Ann Morales, Elpidio Morales Jr., and Antonio Morales.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 27 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Habing Family Funeral Home followed by burial at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park, Gilroy.
