The Exchange Club of Gilroy would like to thank the Gilroy Dispatch for their coverage on May 11 of our annual Blue and Gold luncheon. Kudos to Chris Riley, chief photographer, and Kristen Munson, staff writer, for their interesting and thorough coverage of this event. Gilroy Exchangites feel honored to host this luncheon to recognize South County public safety officers. We also choose to honor an unsung hero with a Book of Golden Deeds Award. The clearest meaning of community is truly felt at this event.
We are extremely appreciative of the I.F.D.E.S. Lodge and to Majid Bahriny of Mama Mia’s Restaurants for their contributions.
The Exchange Club of Gilroy looks forward to hosting this award luncheon each spring. And, the residents of South County are always invited to attend.
