home in Gilroy. She was 92.
Maria Ledezma Guerrero died Wednesday, March 16, 2005, at her home in Gilroy. She was 92.
Born Maria Cristina Ledezma Miranda of Monterrey, Mexico, Mrs. Guerrero enjoyed cooking and spending time with her large family.
She is survived by her children, Richard Guerrero of Porterville, Larry Guerrero of Buckeye, Ariz., Santos Gamez of Porterville, Josephine Cantu of Gilroy, Jose Guerrero of Hollister, Eva Alvarez of Corcoran, Simona Arizpe of Watsonville, Rosa Clarin of Freedom, Susan Santos of Hanford, and Rachel Sotelo of Lodi; 45 grandchildren, 78 great-grandchildren and 21 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Loreto and son, Pablo.
Visitation will begin at 1pm, Friday, March 18, 2005 at Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy.
A vigil will be held at 6pm. Funeral services will begin at 11am, Saturday, March 19, 2005 at the funeral home, then proceed to St. Mary’s Church, Gilroy for Mass at noon.
Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Gilroy.
