Survived by his Mother Josephine Rubio, his three sisters and one brother. Preceded in death by his father Humberto Rubio. Also survived by Angela Rubio, Sandra Rubio, Olivia Rubio and Humberto Rubio Jr, nephew Ricky Vargas Jr, Michael J. Vargas, Matthew Rubio, Jacob C. Snyder, and his brother in law John A. Snyder. His Uncles, Fred Rodriguez, Fidel Santiago Jr.,Tony Santiago, and his aunts, Elisa Rubio, Belen Perez, MaryLou Medrano, and girlfriend Christina Gonzalez, grandfather Fidel Santiago, and many cousins. Miguel attended Burnett Elementary school, Martin Murphy Middle school and Live Oak High School. Visitation will be on Sunday, November 7, 2010, from 1:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Johnson Funeral Home with a Vigil Service to commence at 6:00 P.M. Funeral service on Monday, November 8, 2010, at 11:30 A.M., also at the funeral home.
Interment to follow at Mt. Hope Memorial Park.
