Dear Editor,
You state in your endorsement editorial on Oct. 21 that “Gilroy is no longer just a small rural community” and that “times have changed.” Your editorial reminded me that this is Gilroy, not Sacramento or Washington D.C.
Council members need to be accessible persons who will listen to everyone. They need to have minds that Gilroyans might even change – not politicians or intractable bull heads. For the above reasons, my picks for city council are Charlie Morales, Dion Bracco and Bob Dillon.
