Police: Gilroy teen dies in San Jose street race
SAN JOSE—A 15-year-old Gilroy boy has been identified as one of three young people killed in what police believe was a street race in San Jose on Tuesday night, according to authorities.

Gilroy Police Department Officer Noel Lemus pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest at Merced County Courthouse July 10, opting instead to take the case to trial.
