Police: Search yields 4.5 ounces of meth, four arrests
Morgan Hill police arrested two men staying at a local hotel on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine Sunday, and a search of one of the suspects’ home in Gilroy yielded two more arrests, according to a press release from the Morgan Hill Police Department. Officers contacted Greg Harrison, 49, and Tracey Mason, 43, at the Executive Inn on the 16000 block of Condit Road Sunday night, according to police. Police searched their room after officers learned Harrison was on active probation. Inside the hotel room, police found a fanny pack containing about 4.5 ounces of methamphetamine, police said. Harrison and Mason were arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, packaging materials used for the sale of narcotics and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Later Sunday night, MHPD officers and Santa Clara County Sheriff’s deputies went to Harrison’s home on the 2000 block of Bloomfield Road in Gilroy to conduct a search of the residence, the press release said. During that search, officers located wanted subject Jeraymond Luna, 25 of Hollister, and Eric Harrison, 29 of Gilroy, who was allegedly in possession of narcotics. All four subjects were later booked at Santa Clara County Jail. Anyone with information about this incident can contact MHPD at (408) 779-2101, or the anonymous tip line at (408) 947-7867.Â
