Garcia Torres’ plea hearing postponed to Aug. 29
Antolin Garcia Torres’ appearance in court was waived for his hearing in San Jose Tuesday, and the judge scheduled an Aug. 29 court date to discuss the murder suspect’s request for unspecified records from Verizon that could be related to the disappearance of Morgan Hill teen Sierra LaMar.Â
Neil Goodrich July 31, 1944 – July 14, 2012
Neil passed away at his home in Tigard, OR at the age of 67. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Mary Ann, and his children, Gina Goodrich, Kathleen Hafely (George) and his grandchildren Harrison and Kira Wood, Ashley and Kaylee Hafely. Mother, Marian Goodrich of Hollister, brother Bob Goodrich (Joan) of Atwater and sister Gail Carr (John) of Salinas. Also survived by aunts, uncles, many nieces and nephews and his mother-in-law, Marie Pirozzoli.
