On October 18, 2009 we lost our beloved son, Anthony William Librers, 31. He was born September 13, 1978 in Santa Clara Kaiser Hospital. A beloved son, brother, father, cousin and friend. Tony attended St. Catherine's School, Britton School, Live Oak High School and Gavilan College. Tony loved his job as a Tow Truck Driver for Community Garage in Morgan Hill; he loved the difficult tows and the action. Tony was full of life, very skilled and fun to be with. He played piano, bass guitar, regular guitar, banjo, harmonica, and drums. He loved to draw, write stories, ride dirt bikes, play roller hockey, climb and rappel, camp, fish, work on cars, play practical jokes, wear costumes, and spend time with his family. He is survived by his three lovely daughters Julia, Antonia and Adrianne and their wonderful mother Heather Taylor of Morgan Hill. Also survived by his father Joseph Librers and step mother Valerie of Morgan Hill, his wonderful mother Elizabeth Westphal and step father Donald of Madera, his devoted brother Joseph A. Librers and his wife Jenny of Morgan Hill, grandmother Katherine Hulse of T or C, NM, his step grandmother Pat Verrier of Cupertino, his aunt Monica McClintock and her husband William of Morgan Hill, his aunt Janet Leach and her husband Bradley of Morgan Hill, his aunt Linda Gervasio and her husband David of T or C, NM, his aunt Carol Atwater and her husband Robbie of NM, his step-aunt Danelle Rhiner and her husband Manny of San Jose, his step siblings Timothy Hennessey and Eileen Hennessey of San Jose and their mother Marilyn of Morgan Hill, Bradley Westphal of China, Shauna Westphal of Portland, Dawna Beeler, Tracee Powell, and Kellee Bowers of Marysville and numerous cousins in California, Washington, New York, Connecticut, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Florida. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Teddy A. Hulse, grandfather Joseph P. Librers, grandmother Helen R. Librers, and aunt Lucille (Lucy) Librers. Memorial contributions to a fund for Tony's daughters at the Bank of the West (Account# 050101773) in Morgan Hill are preferred in lieu of flowers. A viewing starting at 5:00 P.M. with a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. on Sunday, October 25th, 2009, at Johnson Funeral Home in Morgan Hill. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, October 26th, 2009, at St. Catherine Parsh, 17400 Peak Avenue in Morgan Hill. Interment to follow at Mt. Hope Memorial Park in Morgan Hill.
