Winifred L. Silveira
Winifred L. Silveira, a Gilroy resident for the past 56 years, passed away February 28, 2009 at the age of 99. She is survived by her children Jackie Seimas, Joleen (Floyd) Silva, and Joe (Kathy) Silveira, 12 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. Winifred was preceded in death by her husbands Joe Silveira and Lawrence Frontella as well as her granddaughter Lori.

Rose Mary Laveroni passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at her home in Ridgemark. Rose Mary was born and lived in Hollister all her life and was a graduate of Hollister High School. She had worked for many years for the Pacific Telephone Co. in Hollister. Rose was a avid golfer and member of Ridgemark Golf & Country Club, Bolado Golf Club, Ridgemark Womens Club and a former volunteer and director of the Hazel Hawkins Hospital Auxiliary.
