Julian Macias
Julian Macias, of Gilroy, CA passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2009, surrounded by his family. Mr. Macias is survived by his wife of 66 years, Elvira Macias, sons Benito (Paula Alejo) Macias, Manuel (Ilana) Macias, Belem (Eduardo) Rodriquez, Reyna Pichardo, Beatriz and Petra Macias, 21 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Julian Macias first arrived in Morgan Hill in 1973 and soon thereafter moved to Gilroy where he made his home.

These are animals who actually paint by beak, mouth, paw, flipper or trunk. Some can actually hold a paint brush and others create art hands-on in the same way that children fingerpaint.

Christine Carole O'Keeffe, age 55, passed away peacefully at her home in San Jose, CA after a long battle with bone marrow cancer. Chrissy faced her illness with strength and joy, based in her faith in the Lord. She looked forward to meeting with Him, and being reunited with parents, family, and friends who had gone before her. She will be missed by many who were touched by her continued optimism and sense of humor.
