Saint Louise Regional Hospital in Gilroy, after an illness. She was
79.
Persiliana Gonzalez Robles died Wednesday, April 20, 2005 at Saint Louise Regional Hospital in Gilroy, after an illness. She was 79.
A native of Barranca de Santa Clara, Jalisco, Mexico she lived in Gilroy since l989. Previously she made her home in Watsonville where she was a long time employee of local frozen food processing plants.
She is survived by stepson, Manuel Robles of Fresno; three stepdaughters, Anita Gitmed of San Martin, Susanna Tidwell and Ramona Robles, both of Gilroy; brother, Manuel Gonzalez of Santa Ana; sister, Maria del Refugio Gonzalez Alvarez of San Martin; 10 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Manuel Robles in l986.
Friends are welcome at Mehl’s Colonial Chapel, 222 E. Lake Ave. (Highway 152) on Tuesday from 5 to 9pm. There will be a Rosary and vigil service at 7pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:30am at St. Patrick’s Church, 721 Main St., Watsonville, with burial following at the Valley Public Cemetery.
