Gather Brad Nye, Whitney Pintello, Nick Fryou, Sarah Smith and Ronnie Misra and you have an adept group to provide a laugh a minute offering. The production moves with super timing that keeps tickling the funny bone without stopping for the length of the play. As usual as with Pintello’s production their secret weapon is the players have as much fun as the audience, which always makes a visit to one of these productions an enjoyable hoot.
We meet a charming couple who have lost their jobs and are looking for something to bring in some money for their survival. An idea surfaces where they feel that making an adult film would fit the bill. Of course the fact they have never entered this venue or have never seen one of these flicks doesn’t enter their minds. Casting, directing and filming creates hilarious moments that keep the humor coming for the run of the play.
The Pintello family has been producing Comedy Theatre for thirteen years and will usually have a Pintello either directing, acting working props, sound, and lighting somewhere in the staging. They continually offer four solid comedy productions a year.
Friends and acquaintances get together and meet for an enjoyable evening. There is loyal following that enjoys a fun evening that is close to home with easy parking and tickets that won’t break the bank.
