to the case in which she is accused of stabbing her husband in the
chest with a knife.

The Santa Clara County District Attorney’s office declined to comment on what agreement, if any, was made, but a plea hearing was scheduled for Dec. 10, according to spokeswoman Amy Cornell. Lemos, 39, is charged with one felony count of inflicting physical injury on a spouse. She was arrested Aug. 26 by Gilroy police after she turned herself in for an incident that occurred the night before at her home on the 1400 block of Swallow Lane in Gilroy.
