• Thomas Outman, 31 of Gilroy, Jan. 12 at 5:38 p.m. on Monterey Street for battery on a former spouse or fiancé.
• Isreal Cruz, 22 of Gilroy, Jan. 12 at 5:15 p.m. on Pierce Street for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, cohabitant and battery against a spouse, cohabitant.

• Fernando Sanchez, 33 of Gilroy, Jan. 14 at 12:50 p.m. on Gaunt Avenue for battery on a former spouse or fiancé.
• Kamal Kharrat, 40 of Gilroy, Jan. 16 at 12:06 a.m. on Babbs Creek for battery on a former spouse of fiancé and threats to commit a crime resulting in injury or death.

BURGLARY
